I am going to quote most of this...What does it take to have the focus required to be a truly effective leader? A leader who knows his priorities but lacks concentration knows what to do but never gets it done. If he has concentration but no priorities, he has excellence without progress. Growth equals change. If you want to get better you have to keep changing and improving. Reminds me of something a friend of mine said, "Quit trying to live for God and instead let God live in you" and through you Gal 2:20. I believe. above anything our main focus, priorities and concentration, needs to be on God which reminds me of(pg. 27) "Divided focus always works against you." Lord, help me to lift my vision higher.
